Cut Cup Cakes in half, vertically. Arrange in pie crust, with filling handling edge of crust and continue in circles to cover entire crust.

Fold 3/4 cup whipped cream into the pudding. Spoon remaining whipped cream over top of pie.

Spoon chocolate shell topping into center of the pie to appear like a mud puddle. Keep pie cooled up till serving.
